Since established Dynamic Laboratories, Inc. uses only "Code Quality" materials for the test coupons, which are saw cut and machine beveled (not torch cut). All consumables are also
top quality. Welders are supplied with all safety equipment, hand tools, gases and consumables needed for the required tests.
We are also the industry leader
in the field. We have 46 welding booths and the ability to perform SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW & Hi-Frequency processes. We use only domestic materials for welder qualification testing. Our bend specimens are cut and machined to "CODE Specifications". No flame cutting or grinding is done on test coupons in our shop. There are 2 CWIs on staff for supervision of all testing. We also provide complete and permanent record retention with SAME DAY REPORTING!
We have our own destructive laboratory facility that has the ability to perform Hardness Testing, Stress Relief, Charpy Impact Testing, Metallography and Tensile Testing. Utilizing the latest computer programming, allows us to keep unlimited records for all customers over an unlimited period of time.
